Governance & Board Composition

Treehouse Coaching is structured as a non-profit foundation with a non-hierarchical, circular approach to collaboration.

Board Members

  • Charlotte Elisabeth Blommestijn – Chair & Founding Board Member

Board members receive no remuneration for their work. Expenses incurred for the foundation may be reimbursed with proper documentation.

Mission (Doelstelling)

Making coaching more accessible for people who do not have the means for it, such as, for example—but not limited to—refugees, emerging artists in the artistic/cultural sector, and those who are disadvantaged in society.

 

Activities

To achieve its mission, the foundation:

  • Provides 1-to-1 coaching
  • Offers accessible coaching programs
  • Organizes learning sessions, conversations, and reflective practices
  • Develops projects that support wellbeing, inclusion, and creative exploration
  • Collaborates with partners who share our vision

Our multi-year policy focuses on:

  1. Broadening access to coaching through free programs and partnerships
  2. Building a sustainable operational structure that supports continuous learning
  3. Expanding our advisory circle to deepen reflection and guidance
  4. Exploring international and intercultural approaches to personal and professional growth

Financial Accountability

Stichting Treehouse Coaching operates on a non-profit basis.
Annual reports and financial statements will be published on this page after approval by the board.

Remuneration Policy:
Board members are unpaid. Facilitators or coaches may be compensated at rates below standard market levels, and all such arrangements will be transparently reported in the annual accounts.

Use of Donations

Donations support:

  • Developing free coaching programs
  • Offering free coaching programs
  • Supporting inclusion and accessibility initiatives
  • Maintaining the operational costs required to fulfill the foundation’s mission

All funds are used exclusively to support the statutory purpose of the foundation.
