Auke Russchen brings experience from various commercial operations management roles in the IT sector, where he specialized in improving processes and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. Currently transitioning into social studies—while completing his degree—Auke is motivated by the desire to create greater social impact. He believes strongly that everyone deserves a meaningful place in society, and this principle guides his work within the foundation.
As Secretary and Treasurer, he combines his organizational strengths with a commitment to inclusivity and community development. In his free time, Auke enjoys spending time with his family and is an enthusiastic Dungeons & Dragons player.
