Both as a Talent & Development officer and an Equine Assisted coach, my professional journey is all about transformation—supporting individuals in setting meaningful goals, and taking purposeful steps towards achievement. I believe every small step is a valuable part of the wider journey, and in my coaching practice, I create space for reflection, attention to personal growth, and recognition of progress made. With three decades of experience in international financial organisations, I’m comfortable working in multicultural environments, valuing curiosity about each other’s backgrounds and fostering solutions that benefit teams as a whole.
I am an accredited Equine Assisted coach (Keulseweg) and a NOBCO member. When coaching with horses, I work from Ter Aar. Working with horses is a body-oriented coaching approach. Horses respond intuitively to body language, providing immediate and honest feedback—together with clients, this facilitates exploration of what is needed to take the next step forward.
My coaching trajectories often focus on developing self-confidence and balance, informed by my own lived experience navigating insecurity and sensitivity. Thanks to the guidance of exceptional managers and coaches, I’ve reframed sensitivity from a limitation to a strength, now using these insights to support others in their growth.
