Amani is an educational consultant, trainer, coach, and mindfulness facilitator with more than 14 years of experience working across education, youth development, leadership, social-emotional learning, and psychosocial support.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with schools, universities, NGOs, international organizations, and private sector institutions across the Middle East and beyond. She is passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths, build resilience, and transform challenges into opportunities for growth.

With a background in education, coaching, mindfulness, and psychosocial support, Amani believes that meaningful change starts with self-awareness, human connection, and a commitment to lifelong learning. She integrates mindfulness practices into her training and coaching approach to support well-being, emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth.

She is particularly passionate about empowering women, supporting youth, developing leaders, and creating learning experiences that inspire both personal and professional transformation.

In her own words:

“I believe that every person has untapped potential waiting to be discovered. My role as a coach is not to provide answers, but to create a safe space where people can reflect, grow, and find the confidence to move forward with purpose and authenticity.”

We are delighted to have Amani bring her experience, energy, mindfulness practice, and human-centered approach to the Treehouse Coaching community.
