Monika Matuszewska is a certified professional coach, mentor, and founder of LaMatu Professional Coaching Services in Amsterdam. Originally from Poland, she has lived, studied, and worked across Europe, including Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands, which she has called home for nearly two decades.
With over 20 years of international professional experience and a previous corporate career in global organisations, Monika brings a grounded understanding of professional transitions, intercultural challenges, and personal growth.
She holds four Master’s degrees spanning business and applied linguistics, combining strategic thinking with deep listening and communication expertise.
