My name is Mark Pronk. Since the age of sixteen, I have held leadership roles at companies such as C1000, Unilever, and Nestlé. I currently work at YaWorks, where one common thread has always remained central throughout my career: I am energized by supporting and developing people. Seeing individuals grow, gain greater self-awareness, and unlock their potential gives me a great deal of satisfaction.
Over the past few years, I have further specialized in this area by obtaining several professional qualifications, including my Insights Discovery Accreditation, Coach Intensive Certification, Career Coaching Diploma, and Train the Trainer Certification. These programs have enabled me to combine my leadership experience with professional coaching and training expertise.
Since 2025, I have also pursued this passion through my own business, MP Coaching & Training. In this role, I support individuals, teams, and organizations in the areas of personal development, collaboration, and leadership, always with the aim of helping people gain greater insight, confidence, and momentum in both their work and their lives.
As part of my role as Field Manager at YaWorks, I am also responsible for supporting highly skilled migrants who join our organization. To date, we have successfully relocated nine professionals from South Africa, as well as colleagues from Iran, Canada, Morocco, and several other countries. I find it especially rewarding to help these individuals settle into life in the Netherlands and feel at home in their new environment.
