I am a Learning & Development professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering learning programs, leadership development, and organizational capability building across the financial services, higher education, and humanitarian sectors.
Currently, I work as an L&D Coordinator at Capgemini Financial Services, where I lead training initiatives, manage learning projects, and collaborate with international stakeholders to develop high-impact learning experiences. I hold a Master’s degree in Learning and Development from Maastricht University and am passionate about unlocking people’s potential through coaching, facilitation, and continuous growth.
Alongside my corporate career, I co-founded Boxha Café, an international specialty coffee brand, where I combine entrepreneurship with purpose-driven leadership. My approach is built on empathy, strategic thinking, and empowering individuals and teams to achieve meaningful and sustainable results.
