I was born in the north of Iran. My parents were both teachers, and I am the oldest of three children. My middle brother passed away in a car accident, and my youngest brother still lives in Iran. I grew up in a warm and loving family.
I attended primary and secondary school in my hometown, Rasht. When I was 15, the revolution in Iran took place, an event that deeply affected my life. Eventually, after many internal struggles, I made the decision to leave Iran.
I have now lived in the Netherlands for 38 years and have completed several studies here. I’ve been working in mental health care and related fields for nearly 31 years, and I also provide training and teach. I am married and have two children.
Being part of social developments is important to me. It is an honour to contribute to the development of Stichting Treehouse Coaching in this way.
