My background is in sustainability strategy and leadership at both global and local levels, with over fifteen years of experience – currently as Head of Sustainability at Kaluza, previously in leading roles for major energy companies, at NGOs such as The B Team, and as an advisor to grassroots community organizations like Moving Beyond. My work, focused on accelerating an inclusive and just energy transition, has shaped my belief that structural change always requires a human component. Through Treehouse Coaching, I hope to translate this expertise in creating fair and sustainable systems into facilitating personal growth and social inclusion at the local level.
Although much of my professional life has taken me abroad, Amsterdam has always remained my constant, recurring anchor point – the home base I return to again and again, and I’m committed to help bring a positive impact through local strategic partnerships and learning, where we connect personal growth with social responsibility.
