I am an andragologist, a science at the interface of psychology and sociology. For more than 35 years I had my own company in consultancy, training and coaching. In recent years, I have focused on coaching individuals; the training and consultancy practice is continued by my son in HumanCentric b.v.
I am always working at the intersection of leadership, diversity and inclusion. I guide and coach board members, managers and professionals in the (sub)top of the business community and other organizations (including the cultural sector).
I work with individuals who are facing new challenges and changes and are looking for meaningful new goals. In doing so, I pay special attention to diversity and inclusion themes. I guide and coach people, focused on the growth and talents within challenging contexts.
