I believe in people, in possibilities, and in building on what is already there. I also believe that context matters: successful lives, careers and growth are inseparable from the cultural, personal, and organisational environments in which they unfold. That is why my approach is personalised, culture- and context-informed, and grounded in real-world insight.

I am an EMCC-NOBCO accredited coach, and experienced leadership, talent and development professional. I coined the term “Professionals who are from elsewhere, or who are seen as such©” to describe internationally mobile professionals and diverse talent navigating intercultural workspaces, global careers, and local systems, often without fully fitting the structures around them. I also developed the Holistic Intercultural Life Mastery Approach (HILMA) to support these professionals in a grounded, practical, and empowering way.

I work with people who want clarity, direction, and practical support that fits their real lives and contexts. Together, we start from your lived experience and current reality and focus on what’s possible and within reach.

My approach is practical, supportive, and empowering. Grounded in self-awareness and intentional action, I integrate cultural awareness, intercultural navigation, resilience building, and context-sensitive tools to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and agency.
