Rebecca is an Accredited Coach and Leader in the charity sector with extensive experience leading responses to Violence Against Women and Girls. Alongside her professional practice, she works as a trainer and facilitator, supporting individuals and organisations to engage thoughtfully with issues relating to violence against women, faith, feminism, contemplative spirituality, trauma, and recovery.
Her coaching approach is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and a deep respect for people’s lived experience. Rebecca creates non-judgemental, supportive spaces where clients can bring their whole selves, explore what matters most to them, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. She is particularly passionate about supporting people to engage in inner work that fosters self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
Drawing on her leadership experience and facilitation practice, Rebecca helps individuals gain clarity around their personal and professional hopes and map practical, values-led pathways forward. At the heart of her work is a commitment to nurturing others to live positive, purposeful lives, meeting every part of who they are with care, respect, and compassion.
