Rixt is an executive coach who specializes in working with senior teams on transformational journeys. She brings over 20 years of international experience and a cutting-edge approach to leadership development, grounded in narrative wisdom, embodiment, and expanded consciousness.
In addition to her work with leaders, she works extensively with coaches and has been facilitating Narrative Identity courses for Leadership Circle Practitioners for several years.
She holds a MA in Human Development, is a lifelong dancer, and a published author on mindfulness meditation. She is a certified coach (Senior Coach at EMCC and Executive Coach at NYU) and an accredited practitioner for RET (Rational Emotive Therapy at Albert Ellis Institute) and Intercultural Coaching Community lead for the EMCC.
