The Board of Stichting Treehouse Coaching is excited to announce that we’re growing our coaching circle and opening a call for new coaches—especially those based in or around Amsterdam. As we expand our work, we’re looking for coaches who feel energised by supporting people through real-life transitions with empathy, curiosity, and care.
Who We Are
Treehouse Coaching was founded on the belief that coaching should be accessible, inviting, and human. We work with people who are navigating change—personal, professional, or somewhere in between—and we do so by meeting them with warmth, presence, and a deep respect for their lived experience. Our vision of interconnectedness guides everything we do: when one person feels supported, the impact extends far beyond the individual.
Why We’re Reaching Out
Treehouse Coaching is rooted in the city we call home. Amsterdam is vibrant, multilingual, ever-changing—and also a place where many people feel the pressures of transition, displacement, or simply finding their footing in a fast-moving environment. We want our coaching practice to reflect the richness of this city: its cultures, its languages, its layered histories, and the many communities that make it what it is.
Reaching out for new coaches is part of our commitment to engaging more deeply with Amsterdam’s multicultural reality. We want to welcome coaches who understand this context, who can meet clients in their own language or cultural frame, and who feel at ease supporting people whose stories stretch across borders, families, identities, and places.
As we grow, our aim isn’t just to meet demand—it’s to continue offering coaching that feels connected to the city itself, and to the people who give it life.
What We’re Looking For
We’re especially seeking coaches who can offer in-person 1-to-1 coaching in Amsterdam. To reflect the communities we serve, we’re particularly interested in coaches who can coach in:
- Arabic
- Amazigh
- Farsi
- French
- Mandarin
- Portuguese
- Russian
- Spanish
- Turkish
- Ukrainian
Coaches with multicultural experience—or those who feel called to support people navigating complex transitions—are warmly encouraged to reach out.
