Dayana is an architect, urban planner and sustainable development specialist, born and raised in Lebanon, and living in the Netherlands for the past 12 years. She spent the last decade of her career in the fields of training, and learning and development where she managed, designed and facilitated leadership and international capacity building programs for governments, NGOs and private companies.
She has also coached senior civil servants on engaging marginalized citizens in decision-making, delivering inclusive public services, and creating neighborhoods that meet the needs of diverse residents.
Alongside her professional work, Dayana is passionate about the environment, climate change, nature and biodiversity. She is committed to sharing this passion and expertise with others and contributing to more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient communities.
