We’re proud to share our collaboration between Stichting Treehouse Coaching and Buddy Film Foundation. (Dutch Below)
Through this partnership, Buddy Film Foundation is making coaching available for refugees and newcomers working in the national and international film industry — supporting people navigating creative careers, transition, identity, and new beginnings.
What makes this collaboration especially meaningful is the strong alignment in our shared mission and vision. Both organisations believe in expanding access to spaces that are too often unavailable to many communities: spaces for growth, creativity, reflection, confidence, connection, and long-term development.
Buddy Film Foundation’s commitment to inclusion and talent development in the film industry connects closely with our work at Stichting Treehouse Coaching to broaden access to coaching and support people through sustainable personal and professional transitions.
Together, we hope to continue building meaningful forms of support for communities with limited access to these opportunities — creating pathways that are more human, inclusive, and grounded in trust and potential.

Met trots delen we de samenwerking tussen Stichting Treehouse Coaching en Buddy Film Foundation.
Via deze samenwerking maakt Buddy Film Foundation coaching mogelijk voor vluchtelingen en nieuwkomers die werkzaam zijn binnen de nationale en internationale filmindustrie — ter ondersteuning van mensen die hun weg vinden binnen creatieve carrières, identiteit, verandering en nieuwe beginpunten.
Wat deze samenwerking voor ons bijzonder maakt, is de sterke overeenkomst in missie en visie. Beide organisaties geloven in het toegankelijk maken van ruimtes die voor veel gemeenschappen nog niet vanzelfsprekend zijn: ruimtes voor groei, creativiteit, reflectie, zelfvertrouwen, verbinding en duurzame ontwikkeling.
De inzet van Buddy Film Foundation voor inclusie en talentontwikkeling binnen de filmwereld sluit nauw aan bij ons werk bij Stichting Treehouse Coaching, waar we coaching toegankelijker willen maken en mensen ondersteunen in duurzame persoonlijke en professionele transities.
Samen hopen we verder te bouwen aan betekenisvolle vormen van ondersteuning voor gemeenschappen die minder toegang hebben tot dit soort mogelijkheden — op een manier die menselijk, inclusief en gebaseerd op vertrouwen en potentieel is.
