The Last Three Months

Summer has been a lively one at Treehouse. There was no real “back to work” moment-things simply kept moving, and we have had plenty to celebrate.

Our coaching community has grown to 39 professional coaches, bringing together 24 languages and 22 nationalities. Even more importantly, 18 coaching bundles are currently underway, connecting people with coaching who might otherwise never have had access to it. In total 54 individuals are part of the Treehouse network, including our Board, Advisory Circle, and our Daily Heroes volunteers. Seeing this community grow-and seeing the different experiences, languages and perspectives our coaches bring with them-has been one of the real joys of the past few months.

We have also been delighted to welcome Hanneke Lion and Marco Hageman to our Advisory Circle. Hanneke brings extensive experience in fundraising, relationship management and major gifts in the Dutch non-profit sector, while Marco brings his expertise in tax advisory. We are very happy to have their knowledge and experience around the Treehouse table.

And then there have been the conversations. Lots of them. We have been connecting with organisations, people in academia and potential partners, exploring where our work might meet theirs and what we could create together. Some conversations are already turning into collaborations; others are still in that exciting early stage of “what if?” We are enjoying all of it.

So, no, there wasn’t much of a summer slowdown at Treehouse. And we’re rather happy about that.
